lQ. How can I pay for my order?
A. I accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. You can also pay with PayPal. Buyers are responsible for customs charges or taxes where applicable.
Q. What are your shipping policies?
A. I will post items within 3 working days (not including Saturdays and Sundays) after receiving payment. Items will be delivered by Royal Mail first class in the UK and air mail for international shipping. It takes 2-3 working days for items to arrive in the UK and 7 -21 working days for delivery outside the UK. However, international shipping might take a little bit longer depending on local customs and postal service.
Q. What is your refund policy?
A. All items are carefully handmade, checked and packed prior dispatch. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase I will offer a refund or exchange if the item is in unused and in new condition. Please contact me within 3 days of receiving the goods and return the item within 7 days. Buyers are responsible for the return postage. Please keep a record of delivery as I will only issue the refund (minus postage) once receiving the goods.
Please contact me if the items haven't arrived within 2 weeks after dispatching.
Q. How can I care for my items?
A. Watch out with fluids (water, lotion, sweat, perfume etc.) on or near your jewellery, this can cause discolouration.
Do not take a shower with your jewellery.
Store your jewelry after use in a jewellery box or pouch.
Keep in mind “Made with love handle with care”.
